Unicorns have more fun!
When I found this amazing satin and tulle dress from Beacon's Closet over the summer, I just had to buy it! I had no idea what I would do with it, but with the $12 price tag there was no way I was leaving it behind. When I first started thinking about Halloween costume ideas I originally thought I'd go for a zombie bride or ballerina. But that was before stumbling upon some of the incredible Unicorn Makeup tutorials I found browsing around Pinterest. The over the top color palette and generous amount of glitter were just the inspiration I needed to decide on this look for Saturday's festivities. Plus my silver flatforms were the perfect shoe for it, so cheers to a night in dance friendly footwear!
So how did I get this look? The key is basically applying way more highlighter than you think you need, layering various colors of eyeshadow, and sprinkling glitter everywhere. Why not, it's Halloween, the perfect time do do the most.
